For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great  signs and  wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.

5H. Rampant spiritualism.

He performs great  signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. And he  deceives those who dwell on the earth by those  signs which he was granted to do.

For they are spirits of  demons, performing  signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

5I. Decline of genuine faith in God.

But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves . . . having a form of godliness but denying its power.

5J. The gospel preached all over the world.

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
